Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change or you might change your mind after hitting the buy button. Because of this, LVRN allows you to cancel your order completely free of charge, but you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once this 24-hour window passes, your order moves directly into our processing queue and cannot be canceled, as our team will already be packing it for shipment. To cancel an order within the timeframe, simply reach out to us immediately via our customer service email or WhatsApp.

Our Courier Partners

To make sure your orders arrive quickly and safely, LVRN works with some of the most reliable courier networks in the country. We primarily ship through Delhivery, a top-tier e-commerce logistics network known for its highly efficient express parcel delivery and reliable tracking systems. Depending on your specific location and the fastest available route, we also route shipments through trusted networks like XpressBees and Shadowfax to ensure smooth, local last-mile delivery straight to your doorstep.

Processing and Delivery Times

Once you place an order with LVRN and the cancellation window closes, our team gets straight to work preparing your package. It generally takes us 5 business days to pack and hand over your items to our courier partners. Because we want to ensure everything is handled with care across our nationwide network, it usually takes around 10 days for your package to be delivered to your doorstep from the date of your purchase. Please note that delivery timelines might shift slightly during public holidays or extreme weather events.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

We want to make shopping as convenient as possible for everyone, which is why LVRN gladly offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option at checkout. This allows you to pay for your order in cash directly to the courier agent only when the package physically arrives at your door. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to help our courier partners complete your drop-off quickly and smoothly.Before

Order your products via the website.
Inspect the packaging carefully when the delivery reaches you, right in front of the delivery person.
Once you have satisfied yourself regarding the product and order details, make your payment.
Product and Replacements

LVRN does not produce the products themselves. We collaborate with reliable manufacturers who guarantee quality products.

If your product suffers from any manufacturing defect, report this issue to the LVRN team, presenting solid evidence for the same. It is recommended that you record an unboxing video showing your product and its packaging.

Replacement will only be issued if it is proven that the manufacturing process has some problem with the product; damage after purchase, misuse of the product, or fake allegations will not be accepted.

Small print defects, stitching mistakes, and differences in colors can happen and will be regarded as natural occurrences.

Tracking Your Package

We believe you should always know exactly where your order is. As soon as your LVRN package is dispatched, we will send an automated confirmation message via your choice of email or WhatsApp. This message will include a unique tracking link or Air Waybill (AWB) number from the assigned courier, allowing you to monitor your delivery's 10-day journey in real-time right up until it reaches your door.

Shipping Charges

We strive to keep our delivery costs as clear and fair as possible. Shipping rates—and any minor handling fees for choosing Cash on Delivery—are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your items and your specific pincode. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed in your order summary before you confirm your purchase.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

To ensure your package isn't delayed or lost, please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. LVRN cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information provided by the customer. If a package is sent back to our warehouse because of an incorrect address or because it was repeatedly rejected at delivery, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs required to send the package out a second time.
